Update:
SIDCN’s 4-year HIV and hepatitis C (HCV) medical education project that delivered the HIV and HCV Virtual Classrooms ended April 1, 2022.
Thank-you to the 350 primary care providers who participated from over 50 Saskatchewan communities. Your dedication to learning and improving your HIV, HCV, and syphilis clinical knowledge made the project a success!
We are pleased to announce that effective June 1, 2022, this education will continue and will now be offered by the University of Saskatchewan, College of Medicine, Division of Continuing Medical Education under the new STBBI Treatment Education Program for Saskatchewan (STEPS).
STEPS will be taking over the delivery of the HIV and HCV Virtual Classrooms and launching a new Syphilis Virtual Classroom. Other STBBI related continuing medical education activities will also be offered. Registration for all events is expected to open September 2022.
